Geranium (via ballookey)
I kept hearing about how most geraniums were actually pelargoniums that people mistakently called geranium (or are called geranium, but not THE geranium, this is just a funny nickname to make gardeners all crazy). So before posting this photo to Flickr, I checked online because I didn’t want an Internet know-it-all to rain smugness down on my head if I called it what I thought it was: Geranium.
HAH. Turns out every single thing I’ve ever planted and thought was a geranium, WAS a geranium. It looks like I know what I’m talking about even when everyone else doesn’t.

Oh, dear God, Evangeline Lilly.
Reblogged because this is a gem of a cheesecake photo. Good ones like this are so rare I save them even if I don’t care about who’s in them.

All the iPhones in the world and there’s only one Gowalla user amongst my friends? It’s a free app! And fun!

Regarding this and the last: I love things like this. I hope to incorporate a little of this feel into our house. It can’t be on this scale, and it’ll take time as I have ZERO budget, but I love the fantasy of it. There’s no reason a home can’t be a little fanciful.
